The new bundles allow you to add extruders at a discounted price as well (Tough Extruders and the Aluminum ones).
We are running low on the 2 into 1 adapters and the dual hotends but they are on order and we should have more of them next week. Both of those bundles with the 2 into 1 adapters and the dual hotends can be backordered so please note if yours is in backordered status.

Also after testing the CR-20 is also supported by the dual extruder board and it is already setup in our Unified Firmare to support it!
