It was brought to our attention today that our Contact form was not sending the submissions to our helpdesk system. We identified that the issue was due to us sending out emails trying to use the persons email instead of the support address for our SMTP credentials. All the submissions are logged on the website and anything sent in on 5/9 through 5/13 was not sent to the helpdesk.

We’ve re-sent all these to our helpdesk system and our techs are working on replying to all 150+ submissions. You do NOT need to send in another ticket if you did already as we’ve re-submitted them to our system and they are all registered now.

Please allow for additional time for us to get back to you in general right now as our ticket volume is higher than normal. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
