We are currently moving all our helpdesk data from Freshdesk to Zendesk. During this migration emails sent to our support address and through our contact form will bounce. We have to cut off the flow of new tickets into Zendesk so it does not interrupt the migration process. We expect this to be completed by 10PM CST and will resume normal operations once that is completed. Thank you everyone for your patience. Moving to this new platform is going to let us do some amazing things in terms of improving our technical and customer support.
