Currently we are shifting priorities here to focus on smoother business operations and staff time allocation. Sadly, that means we are halting any and all board repairs at this time as they take up a lot of time to perform correctly. We did them out of wanting to help out our customers (at a loss) but it is impacting other aspects of the business in a negative way.
We do have an alternative for you if you have one of our EZBoards that you accidentally damaged we do have discounts available to purchase a new one if you did fry your board. If you have an EZBoard that you fried please contact our support for the available discounts on a replacement.
