Yesterday (2/26/21) we started migrating over ticket and user data from Zendesk to our new system. Due to Zendesk killing the connection repeatedly to their API from our new system that is used to extract the ticket information the ticket migration failed.

Since we retain a copy of the emails on our backups for historical purposes, we will be migrating over currently open tickets in Zendesk to the new system manually. If you do reply to an old ticket it will go to the new system automatically.

We will still be able to pull up information from old tickets since we have local backups of all emails sent to the support email address.

You may get a “new ticket” email when we manually move over your open ticket to the new system.
