We will be performing a software update on our helpdesk system at 9PM CST tonight on 6/10/21. During this time the ticket portal will be down and no new tickets will be created.

The emails will queue up in our mailbox and be processed once the system is brought back online. You can still create new tickets through our Contact Us form or by emailing us, you will just not get a confirmation of receipt of the ticket until the system is back online.
