Effective September 3, 2021, the U.S. Postal Service has TEMPORARILY suspended First-Class Package International Service delivery to Australia due to carrier issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International delivery are not being impacted and mailpieces will continue to be delivered.

While USPS is still providing rates for Australia with FCMI, we are not able to ship them out.

Options for your Order

If you place an order with First Class Mail going to Australia we will not be able to ship it via First Class Mail International because of this service suspension.

Your options will be the following:

  1. Upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail and pay the difference
  2. Place the order on hold and we will ship it when the restrictions are lifted
    1. We are not sure when the restrictions will be lifted and do not have an ETA
  3. Cancellation and refund of the order

What if I have an affected AU order?

We will contact you through our support system if your order is affected and provide the above options for your order.
