9/7/22 UPDATE: All our systems are back online.
Around 4 PM CST, our help desk system that handles customer tickets stopped responding. This is an issue on our web host end and there is nothing we can do to resolve it quickly as we are at the mercy of Dreamhost who we pay to host our system.
As of 7 PM CST, it is still down. While this system is down we will not be able to reply to and/or process tickets. Luckily, our email address that tickets are sent to is still working so if you contact us we will get the email still but you will NOT get a response from the system.
Once the system is back online it will process the emails queued up during the outage. We will have live chat online from 9 AM to 5 PM CST as usual (Monday – Friday). We will post an update when the outage is resolved.
