UPDATE: Email is flowing now and we’ve resent emails that bounced. If you are missing an email please contact us and let us know.
It has come to our attention that due to some security settings on the Microsoft 365 settings their “security” falsely triggered on our support email box and was preventing emails from sending. There were no alerts sent to our admin email when these new changes were implemented so it took us about 20 hours to notice the issue.
Emails for orders and our helpdesk are failing to send. We are looking into the issue right now and we apologize for the interruption.
