UPDATE (2PM CST): Our WAN is back up and Comcast is no longer showing that work is being done in the area. Our services are restored.

UPDATE: Our WAN is up and down so services may or may not be up. Comcast is still showing that they are doing work still in our area. Once we get the all-clear we will update this post.

Currently our Comcast WAN connection is hard down due to unscheduled maintenance in the area. Our phones still work and we are able to ship orders still.

We do not have an ETA. Services that will be impacted until the connection is restored are:

  • Our Ticket System – We will not be able to send replies or process new tickets.
    • If you need to submit a ticket please email Support@TH3DStudio.com and it will queue up your request for when the system comes back online.
  • EZFirmware Website – The EZFirmware website will be down completely while this connection is down.

We will try to post an update as we have a hotspot here. We are processing and shipping orders thanks to our backup hotspot we have.
