Things that are Important to Us
Our Dedicated, US Based Team
TH3D is based out of Hobart, IN. All of our team members are in the US, we do not outsource any of our positions to people outside the US.
We run a hybrid of onsite and remote employees to maximize efficiency and coverage of our customers that are all over the world. We have a dedicated team of people who only handle customer service and technical support requests.
Honest Reviews
Unlike other people in the 3D printing space who rely on making sales through affiliate programs, we do not. We will always be honest when reviewing a 3D printer even if there are issues.
Many channels (especially ones that work with Bambu Labs) are bound by agreements where they cannot be honest with you on negative aspects of products.
Focus on Quality and Service
Our focus is to get our customers the best products at fair prices. We’re all makers here, and we know how frustrating getting cheap parts from China is and not getting what you wanted the first time.
Everything we carry are parts and products that we use on our in-house machines to make our lives easier. There is enough to worry about in this hobby/industry so let us help simplify your 3D printing life by ensuring you get quality parts and excellent support.
When we design products, we take the time to run them through stress testing and analysis to make sure they work and last. Unlike many vendors in the 3D printing market, we do not use our customers to test our products, we sell products that work and are free of major design flaws.

I am no where need having any knowledge on coding or programming but thanks to there install video and software it was amazingly easy and straight forward. I have a base Ender 3 and upgraded to the new motherboard and thanks to TH3D firmware was able to set it up with no issues.
Great product
Almost like a big fridge magnet, works great with the PEI sheet.
Great improvement for the Centauri Carbon

This was an easy add on for the CC. I actually used the 270 degree hinges that I found on printables. Took about 20 minutes to install. It was particularly nice that I could easily make a mount for my Blink cam and weld my acrylic adapter to the new door.

I got this glue to fix the back on my phone. It worked like a charm! Easy to apply with the extraordinary tip. Shipping was fast and the packaging was overkill. Exceptional all the way around!!
Perfect for CFS
Excellent upgrade for factory Creality tubing. Much smoother feeding and resists kinking.

Great Door
So easy to see into the printer. The tinted glass that was on printer was just too dark for me. A perfect fit.

They don't have that same sticky tap thing that the bambu original feet have but I like these better. I find they do help with vibration and I really don't move my printer around all that much. I have an AMS unit setting on top and they still function well as intended. Overall, I'll keep using these and I'd purchase them again.

I had a v1.1.5 original board for my Ender 5 Pro. Tricky to find the original Unified 1 TH3D FW for the 1.1.5 as I had lost it and need to re-flash it to correct the 400 steps/mm (to 800). I could get by with setting the GCode Simplify3D start settings to set 800 steps/mm but not ideal. In the end I took the advice of TH3D and bought a 4.2.7 board, fired up VSCode and flashed the U2 4.2.7 FW with BLTouch and everything worked first time. I had struggled a bit with Marlin FW as they use their Autostart and Docker capability (in VSCode) which I could not get to play correctly. TH3D VScode process was a bit easier and worked on a Macbook Pro.
After coming back to 3D printing after 4 years I just remembered how much of a pain supports are on certain models. I have used glue, PEI/glass beds , set slicer (speed, raft and temp) settings to make the first 3 layers more robust but still ended up buying a dual hotend system which requires an extra extruder. This also made me buy another board (Bigtreetech SKR Mini EZ) to cope with the extra motor and other future upgrades. I hope TH3D can do the FW for this board as well soon!

A good hot end.
Replaceable nozzles a plus. Using it on a Voron 2.4 350 with a Jabberwocky toolhead. Got it tuned it, and prints at 22.7 max flow with my settings.
