COVID19 – Shipping Delays
Currently, due to COVID19 all shipping carriers have stated and we have observed delays with packages getting to customers in some cases. Once a package leaves here we have no control over how fast or slow it arrives. We understand that it can be frustrating when a package is delayed but we cannot speed it up.
Please allow for additional time for your order to arrive during these unprecedented times. If you have Route+ Shipping Protection on your order you can open a claim if it is past their deadlines for delivery.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you open a dispute or credit card chargeback because of a package delay you will be banned from all TH3D support and services as this wastes our time. Once you are banned the only thing you can do is return any products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Banned customers are not eligible for support or warranty claims. This is also in our Terms of Service that you agree to at checkout.
