Wrong Address Entered at Checkout
Sometimes people enter the wrong address at checkout. In the event that you entered the wrong address, we cannot make changes to the label once it is shipped. Please make sure you double-check that your shipping address is correct and up to date before placing your order. TH3D Studio LLC is not responsible for orders that the customer entered the wrong address in. There are a few things that can be done depending on the state of your order.
Order not Shipped Yet?
If your order has not shipped and you entered the wrong address please contact us immediately through our contact page or by calling 312-858-8433 option 2 to let us know to hold the order.
Due to buyer protection from credit card companies and PayPal, we cannot change an address without causing issues with the payment. We can cancel your order and you can place it again with the correct address.
Packages returned to us due to wrong address
In the event that the package is returned to us due to a wrong address (and/or unpaid duties), you have the option to receive a refund less the shipping paid or you can pay the shipping cost to re-ship it to the correct address. If a package is returned to us and you do not let us know if you want a refund or want to pay to re-ship to the correct address we will automatically issue a refund less the shipping cost to you.
Intercepting the package
USPS and UPS both have intercept services available and you might be able to have them intercept the package with one of their services (fees usually will apply). This is something you can do online if the package is able to be intercepted.
