Looking to request face shields? You need to go to this page: Face Shield Request Form – COVID19
How can you help?
There are multiple ways to help out. We are focusing on medical and EMS people in our immediate area (around Hobart, IN). We are shipping face shields to other places in the US if they request them. We are also paying our employees and have approved overtime to help get these made and ready to ship as quickly as possible.

- Cutting/Preparing Face Shield sheets
We are no longer accepting donations of materials for face shields. Below is information to make your own for local places.
1. Printing Face Shield Frames
We are printing the North America 3 hold punch design from 3DVerkstan with the 6 nubs on them. They also have a standard 3 hole punch version for those that do not have a laser cutter. You can download and see the details on the shields on their website here: https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/. The site is in swedish so use Google Translate to convert it. The download for the files is on their YouMagine account here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/protective-visor-by-3dverkstan To make it easier the specific file we are printing is the Visor_Frame_NORTH_AMERICA_LETTER_v3 one. You can download it here: Visor_Frame_NORTH_AMERICA_LETTER_v3.stl If you are only able to make the frames it is recommended to find someone else near you that can cut/prepare the plastic front for the shield.
2. Cutting/Preparing Face Shield sheets
If you have access to a laser cutter you can cut the sheets for the shields. There are templates in the download here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/protective-visor-by-3dverkstan. We are using letter size overhead transparency sheets. You can get these from local office supply stores or on Amazon.com. Many of the Amazon listings are back-ordered so make sure to check that. It would be best to find a local seller to get them from instead of waiting on Amazon as their delivery times are very long right now. If you are only able to make the face shield plastic front sheets it is recommended to find someone else near you that can make the face shield frames. You can download the SVG and the LightBurn project file for the NA frame that is pictured above here: FaceShieldCutFilesLaserLB.zip
