Perfect fit at a price you just can’t beat. These nozzles worked perfectly in my Ender 2

Once again the TH3D team selected a great product to support their customers. These nozzles work great. As I started with the .4 nozzles from Creality like the rest of us Makers, I found that the prints just took to long. Changing to these .6mm nozzles allowed me to print faster (at higher temps) and I never needed to worry about the nozzle quality. I always know that this product will meet my needs .

I use 1.0mm nozzles exclusively. They’re fast and make very strong parts. If you sold them here, I would buy them here.

how many nozzle do you get?

Tim Hoogland –
These are per nozzle.

Jeff –
Are these hardened steel, like A2, or just regular steel?
(0) (0)
Tim Hoogland –
These are just normal steel nozzles. They work great and are much cheaper than other types.

Pete –
Since these are not hardened steel, are they still good bronze filled and wood? I’m reading that you want hardened steel for those?

Tim Hoogland –
We’ve found that steel and the hardened perform the same for abrasive materials. Also wood fill is not abrasive. Only ones like metal fill, glow in the dark, and carbon fiber types are abrasive to nozzles.

Fit great, way higher quality than other nozzles I’ve used. I have tried both the steel and brass nozzles and they work great. Great fit on my CR-20 Pro.

Question
Lesley Mo (verified owner) –
Are your steel or copper nozzles food safe?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
We do not advertise these as food safe. No consumer 3D printers are made with “food safe” parts. Everything on the filament path would need to be certified to be “food safe”, not just the nozzle. You would want to look at a specialized printer for that purpose as well as filament.

Question
Richard Danda –
I have the Creality Direct Drive unit on my Ender 3v2. Will these work on that? I’m assuming MK8 is some kind of standard? Also I have seen and heard that all steel is better than brass?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
The Creality hotends use the MK8 style nozzles. This page has the entry level brass and steel nozzles. We also carry a higher end one that has all the benefits of brass (thermal conductivity) and benefits of steel (wear resistance) here: EZFlow Nozzle – Copper Nozzle with Tough Plating – MK8, V6, & Volcano

Does the steel version contain lead?

Tim Hoogland (verified owner) –
While we do not have an MSDS on the nozzles our supplier states that they are made from steel.
