At its core, the MultiMount is an aluminum base that attaches to the existing screw standoffs on the hot-end carriage of printers such as the Ender 3, Ender 5, and CR-10, among others. It provides a rigid clamping system that is compatible with any V6-style or V6-compatible groove mount, keeping your chosen hot-end securely in place. The MultiMount and all its addon parts are 100% designed and made in the USA, no cheap Chinese-made parts here unlike other sellers.
The MultiMount’s compatibility with groove-mount hot-ends opens up a vast array of build possibilities for Creality users. Have your eye on our Tough All-Metal Hot-end? Mounting it has never been easier! Simply clamp it in place. Drooling over a Slice Engineering Mosquito (requires the groove mount adapter from Slice)? The MultiMount can do that. How about a Phaetus Dragonfly BMO for a shiny aesthetic? The MultiMount can fit these hot-ends and more!
The MultiMount is also a truly modular system for attaching accessories such as fans, bed-leveling sensors, and more! Our team has been hard at work designing and testing accessories based on common builds and customer requests. It has mounting positions for accessories on the left, right, and top sides which allow for a vast array of different hot-end builds.
MultiMount System Details
What is this thing, and what does it do?
The MultiMount System is designed for Creality printers that use screw-based mounting for the hot-end. The MultiMount base attaches to the hot-end standoffs of standard Creality carriages and provides a solid metal collar mount for aftermarket hot-ends. It works with our Tough All-Metal Hot-End, the E3D V6 and Revo collar mounts, and other V6-compatible collar-mounted hot-ends.
Note:Â The MultiMount System is compatible with stock Creality carriages for the printers listed in our compatibility list. May not be compatible with aftermarket carriages.
The MultiMount System has a modular design, allowing for a wide variety of printed accessories. There are mounting positions on the left and right side for accessories such as fan ducts and ABL mounts. There are also two screw positions on the top face for use with direct-drive adapters, strain-relief/cable management parts, and more.
Where is the MultiMount System made?
The entire MultiMount ecosystem is made in the USA! The MultiMount base and clamp are hand-machined from aluminum and anodized locally, and our accessories are printed in-house out of Coex filaments. All of these products were designed and manufactured in the USA!
Because these parts are machined and anodized by hand, there may be slight variations in color, appearance, or finish. These are cosmetic differences ONLY and do not affect the use of the product.

Direct Drive Mount - Tough Extruder V2 - This bracket is used to convert a Bowden setup into Direct Drive based on our Tough Extruder V2. Also works with Bondtech BMG and clones.
-
- Requires 2x M3x10mm screws to attach the Direct Drive Mount to the top of the MultiMount base.
- Also requires the screws from the Tough Extruder V2 to hold the extruder and motor to the Direct Drive Mount.
- This setup will also require a length of PTFE tubing to run between the hot-end and the Tough Extruder V2. Please see our installation instructions for more details.
- We highly recommend using a pancake stepper motor with our Direct Drive mount, as it both saves weight and avoids collisions with the frame on CR-10/Ender 3 style machines.
40mm Heatsink Fan Mount, Generic version - This bracket can be used to attach a 40mm fan to the MultiMount System for the purpose of heatsink cooling. The generic version of this mount sits directly in front of the hot-end's heatsink and does not have any additional ducting, making it perfect for use with most hot-ends on the market.
-
- Requires 2x M3x10mm screws to attach the Heatsink Fan Mount to the MultiMount base.
- Also requires additional screws to attach the fan to the Heatsink Fan Mount. In most cases, these screws can be repurposed from the existing fan shroud.

Question
Ruben Leija –
Hi, would the MM work on any of these printers? Ender-3 Max, Ender 2 Pro, or Sovol SV03. Thanks.
(1) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
It should fit perfectly fine on the Ender 3 MAX and the Ender 2 Pro since they use the creality hotend design. But the SV03 uses a different one so we’re pretty sure it will not fit that carriage without an adapter plate.

Question
traeton –
Would this fit the Sovol SV01? If not, is/will there be an adaptor available?
(1) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
This does not currently fit the SV01. We do not have an adapter available at the time this comment was left. We do have the SV01/SV03 carriage on our todo list but no ETA on if there will be a plate for it. You can sign up for our email list to be notified of any new updates on the MultiMount.

Question
davemturney –
Any plans on making a version for the Chimera hotend?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
That isn’t a groove mount and it’s an old hotend so that would not be something we’d spend R&D resources on.

Question
chaderous –
Can this mount onto a MGN12 linear rail on a Ender 3 Pro?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
This is meant to mount to a X carriage, not directly on a rail. You would need an adapter plate to make it mount to a linear rail without an x carriage.

Question
John Vinson –
Sorry Tim and team, you may have mentioned it at one of the live weekly streams and I may have missed it. Thanks again for those streams. Ender 6? Sorry if this is a repeat question.

Tim Hoogland –
The Ender 6 needs a mounting plate for this to fit and we’re working on it. Should be ready next week. We’ll post an update over our social media, email, and the news posts on the site here once it’s done. Make sure to follow one of them to get updated on the release.

Looking at getting an E3D hotend. Is the adapter plate for the Ender 6 ready by chance that Tim mentioned?

We’re going to have that out by 10/14/22. Its in final testing and looking great! 🙂

Question
Daniel Ershen –
Is this a clone of or a license of the Klemco mount that has been out for years? It is identical, down to the color.
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
We licensed this design from Klemco direct and all the STL files are our own designs. Klemco is no longer making this mount either as they moved on to other things.

Quality parts and comes with everything you need to get going. Honestly an absolute must upgrade over most stock setups. Pairs up great with the Tough Extruder and Tough Hotend.

Question
Ruben Leija (verified owner) –
Any plans on getting the MM to work on the Aquila X1?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland –
We just tested it on our X1 and it does fit that machine just like the Creality printers. It would be the same compatibility as the Ender 3.
