I recently had a disappointing experience with TH3D Studio regarding a replacement door for my K1C 3D printer. Despite ordering the correct product, the door didn’t fit properly—it was slightly too tall compared to the original one. I followed their suggestion to loosen the screws, but it didn’t help, and forcing the door would have risked damaging my printer.When I reached out for a resolution, they offered two options: return the product at my own cost or accept a partial refund of $8. Paying to return a product that didn’t fit due to their error didn’t make sense to me, so I reluctantly accepted the partial refund.Unfortunately, this was my first experience with TH3D Studio, and it left a bad impression. I had hoped for better customer service, especially when the issue was clearly a manufacturing or sizing problem. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I hope they improve how they handle cases like mine in the future.

I ordered some upgrade parts for my X1-C and was able to pick it all up in just two hours. Upon pick up, we were invited to come in and check out the products and the print farm and we were introduced to the owner, Tim. He was friendly and professional throughout. He displays a deep understanding of the products and the craft itself, and offered help if I ever needed any in the future. The upgraded hotend and replaceable nozzles installed easily and worked flawlessly out of the box. I will be a happy, and returning customer.

Was heading to an event last minute and was unable to finish getting a part printed out. On the way to lunch I thought maybe I could find a spot where I could 3D print something before I head to Chicago. I gave these guys a call and they were more than glad to help me, even got the parts printed for me within 2 hours.A HUGE godsend, so happy I found this place and that they were able to help finish my project.

Absolutely love this place!! The gentlemen are super helpful and always take time to answer my questions very thoroughly, thank you so much 🙂. They even helped me out with a couple empty spools I needed. This is my #1 go to place for printing products and their youtube channel is also fantastic 🙂🙂🙂 Thank you again for everything guys

Tim and his team are exceptional to work with. Their facility is top notch, his crew are extremely knowledgable, and their turn around time and quality are outstanding. Usually with 3D printed items refinishing is required or dimensional consistency is lacking, but not in TH3D's case. Dimensions as printed were well within our required tolerances, and the turnaround time was super fast. I definitely recommend working with Tim and TH3D.

The staff at TH3D is awesome, plain and simple. The service I received was great. I had some questions relating to my printer and used the "chat" dialog box to talk to Tor. They answered all my questions and actually told me I did not need all the parts I thought I did. The shipping was fast and accurate. Everything always comes well packaged and sorted into bags for ease of organizing your build. I really can not say enough about the service and speed of shipment. Great job TH3D!
