You can open a ticket for any inquiry to go direct to our team. This includes sales questions, printer repairs, print farm requests, order changes/issues, and technical support.

Please note that our ticket system is a separate system so your TH3D website login will NOT work with the ticket system login. If you need to reset your ticket system login you can do here on the ticket system password reset page.

To ensure we can offer the lowest possible prices on hardware, technical support is not included with most product purchases. (If a product includes support, it will be clearly noted on its product page).

Instead, we offer dedicated expert support options so you only pay for the help you actually need.

🛡️ The Fairness Guarantee: If our troubleshooting determines that your issue is caused by a manufacturing defect in a TH3D product you purchased that is under warranty, your support fee will be 100% refunded.

Support Tiers:

  • Priority Email Support: $35 per incident

  • Live Engineering Consultation (Video + PC Access): $60 for 30 minutes | $120 for 1 hour
