Shipping Info and Details

Shipping Times
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time typically ship the same day. This is not applicable during any posted closures (holidays or other closures) or posted delays. The latest we ship is next business day unless there is a major issue that is outside of our control.
We do NOT offer refunds for packages that miss the carrier estimated delivery dates nor do we guarantee or quote shipping times as we do not control UPS or USPS. Delivery times quoted elsewhere (like on google search listings) are NOT from us and we do not guarantee those.
EZSaver Shipping
EZSaver Shipping ships out the quickest, best method based on your location and what you paid for shipping costs. This is a discounted shipping rate from our shipping platform (Shipstation). Packages shipped this method will either ship out USPS or UPS (whichever has the best price & delivery time).
Free Shipping Terms
TH3D offers free shipping on all orders over $75.00USD to the contiguous US. Other areas of the US and world will be shown discounted shipping rates from the carriers we partner with..
Free Shipping Service
Orders shipped via will be shipped via the best method selected by our shipping department that is the lowest cost. We ship out with USPS and UPS for shipping carriers.
If you want a specific carrier or faster shipping speed, select it at checkout instead of the free shipping option.
Order Changes
Cancellations are possible if the order has not been staged or shipped but a 5% processing fee will apply as the payment processors do NOT refund us fees when we refund an order.
If you need to add on to or make changes to an order Contact Us ASAP so we can place the order on hold. If you need to add more items to the order we are able to do that as long as the order has not been packed up and/or shipped.
Other Information
Once your order is complete you will receive an email from our system with your tracking details. This tracking may take up to 24-72 hours to show a status update, this is normal. By default, all orders have shipping insurance added to them. If you opt-out of this shipping insurance TH3D Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
Returned to Sender/Unclaimed Orders
We can only ship to the address that you provide to us at checkout. If your order is sent back to us due to an invalid address or is unclaimed we will refund the order minus the shipping cost or you can pay to re-ship it.
