Are you on Discord already? We have a Discord server just for 3D printing to get help with anything and everything for 3D printing.
Prefer to use Facebook? We have a customer group to get help from TH3D staff and community members at any time.
Please note that our ticket system is a separate system so your TH3D website login will NOT work with the ticket system login.

Faulty Product? If you suspect you have a faulty product, do not remove the product(s) from your machine before taking pictures of it installed. Send these pictures in with your support request.
Order Damaged? Keep ALL packaging and send in pictures of the packaging as we will need these for any damage claims. All damage claims must be reported ASAP.
