UPDATE: 12:30PM CST New modem is here and all systems are back online with the new modem. Speeds are back to normal.

UPDATE: Our ticket system is back online now as of 4:20AM CST. Upload speeds on our WAN are still abysmal so expect longer load times accessing that site and our EZFirmware site. Once we get our new model we’ll swap it out and hopefully be back up and running at full speeds.

UPDATE: At 2AM CST our ticket system decided to lock itself out due to a WAN IP change. Please email support@th3dstudio.com for help, once the system is back up your request will be processed. You can also call 312-858-8433 or use our Live Chat, both are available during business hours. We should have a new modem later today to address the speed issues.


We wanted to provide an update on the current service disruption affecting some of our systems. Our primary ISP modem has failed, and we’re waiting for a replacement to arrive. Unfortunately, the backup modem we have is being capped to just 5MBPSโ€”significantly lower than our usual 340+MBPSโ€”due to a recent firmware update pushed by our ISP. This has severely impacted our network capabilities.

Affected Services:

  • Ticket System: Delays in responses may occur.
  • EZFirmware Website: Loading times may be significantly slower.
  • Phone Lines & Remote Support: As these services are run through our internet, both may experience connectivity issues.

We are working with our ISP to get this resolved and expect to have full service restored by October 6th, 2024, at the latest, pending the arrival of the new hardware.
