I just wanted to post a quick update. Currently our main fiber internet line at our office is completely down. In addition to that due to the AWS outage our shipping system is down as well. Orders and support WILL be impacted. Orders will ship tomorrow assuming everything is back online.
Our support system is hosted in house and relies on our fiber line to function. This means the ticket system, support portal, and our EZFirmware site will ALL be down until our internet line is restored. You can email support@th3dstudio.com and when the system comes back up it will make a ticket.
