We wanted to inform you that on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 7:00 AM CST to 10:00 AM CST, our Ticket System will be offline for a scheduled system upgrade.
This upgrade is part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and involves transitioning to the latest system from our ticket provider. During this time:
- The Ticket Portal (tickets.th3dstudio.com) will be unavailable.
- If you need to submit a support ticket during the downtime, please email Support@TH3DStudio.com.
- Your email will be processed once the system is back online, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number and a link to view it online.
We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. While we typically perform upgrades at night, our provider is based in the UK, so we must accommodate their regular business hours for this rollout.
Important Note: Live chat support on our website will remain available during business hours and will not be impacted by this upgrade.
