What is this and why do you want it?
This adhesive is amazing. We have been using it in our printer farm (primarily on our ABS fleet) for years now. It just works. You apply a thin coating to your build plate (glass, PEI, flex plate, etc) and parts stick. We pair this with our EZFlex system to make ABS printing amazingly easy on our plates. One full-size (120ml) bottle is enough for your average hobbyist to print for 4-6 months. One 120ml bottle lasts us about 2 months for 12 machines (Ender 3 with EZFlex PEI plates). We usually get about 8-10 prints before needing to re-apply on our ABS printers. This stuff works with all your printing materials including ABS, PLA, PETG, TPU, TPE and many more. It’s great for prints that have a lot of small contact points on the bed and you want some extra insurance that the print will stick. We’re honored that Vision Miner has allowed us to be a re-seller of this awesome product and hope you all enjoy it as well.
Each package of this adhesive includes an instruction sheet, an application brush, and the bottle of the adhesive.

Nano Polymer Adhesive is AMAZING! I’ve used this every day since it arrived this week and every single print using NPA completed 100% without any issues detaching mid print. I couldn’t be happier with how well this works. I will very much be ordering more again soon.
I’d very rarely been able to successfully fully print any PETG items without having my prints detach completely mid print or have a corner pop free. Having tried cleaning and adjusting 1st layer height without any better luck. Having used gluestick, magigoo, painters tape…and several other remedies…. varying bed and hotend temps. Nothing I did would work 100% of the time. For every somewhere marginally successful PETG print I’d have, I’d have 6+ attempts that would fail within the first 3-5 layers with spaghetti everywhere. For a build plate I’ve been using a creality carborundum glass. I also now have TH3D’s EZflex Smooth Plate.
Both the carbonundum glass and TH3D EZflex plate both are working great with the NPA. The EZflex plate is soooo much handier to deal with though. No longer having clips to hold the glass on and how easily the prints detach from the EZflex plate once completed is AWSOME!
I’m quite glad I gave NPA it a try. It’s total game changer for me! (80°C Bed Temp and 235°C Hotend Temp)

I just got my Ender 5 Plus set up and started doing a few ABS prints. I needed a new fan shroud, but to my dismay the print came loose, resulting in a plate of black spaghetti. The next day my order of this bed adhesive arrived, so I followed the instructions and started the print again. The only change was the use of the glue. The new print came out perfectly. I’m adding a before and after side by side comparison picture. It’s amazing.

This works great to hold down PLA on a glass bed at 60°C, still leaves a shiny finish on the bottom of the print.

I was hesitant to purchase, what appeared to be, a very expensive glue. I could not be more mistaken. For me, this product does what it says. It does last about 3 prints for me, before I have to apply it again, but its capability of holding on tight and then releasing when cool is second to none. I will never use any other polymer on by beds. Great product and thank you TH3D for carrying this product.

This product is absolutely amazing, as advertized. I do need it to print ASA but I need it to print PLA as it does not stick very well on my EZFlex plate especially when printing thin parts or if the design has thin parts touching the plate, they tend to lift off, no more does that happen with this product!! It is very easy to clean too not like the messy glue sticks. I have tried many solutions in the past like glue sticks, painter tape, mylar tape, PEI sheet, none of them worked as well as this very expensive tiny bottle. Now the product is great but man… for the price of it, why do you provide the cheapest brush ever conceived ? Hairs are falling on their own on that thing!

I use textured flex plates. Does this work just as well on them or is it not recommended for the textured side?

We use it on our smooth and textured plates here. It works great on them!
