ASSEMBLY NOTE – DO NOT overtighten the titanium screws. Breakage of the M1.6x6mm titanium screws is NOT covered under warranty and will damage the hotend.

Assembly Directions
- Assemble the hotend per the video below.
- If your hotend is partially assembled, disassemble it as shown in the video before beginning.
- Once assembled, you can install the hotend like the stock Bambu lab one.
- To change the nozzle heat the hotend up to 240C for 5 minutes, then unscrew the old nozzle, install the new one and gently tighten the new nozzle.
- When unscrewing the nozzle quickly turn the wrench or socket – while a wrench is included we do recommend using a socket (4.0mm Size) if you are new to changing nozzles.

One of the things I hated about moving to the Bambu printers was the expensive hot ends when you have to swap the whole thing to use different nozzles. This is the perfect solution to quickly swap nozzle sizes instead of complete hot ends.

This looks to be a great hotend. I just got it installed, have printed about 3 big prints with it so far and the prints have turned out great. I like being able to change nozzles.
Even though i just got this so far it has done great.

It’s a pain to switch nozzles on an x1c!!!!!!!! This made it super easy to do saving me time and MONEY!

Just got the hot end last week and used it to print.
It came partially assembled and I just needed to put the thermistorheater and fan on it.

I was told not to modify the P1S because it doesn’t need it. I mostly agree with that statement, except I wanted to change out the nozzle quicker. This hot end from TH3D Studio allowed me to change out the nozzle without removing the whole hot end every time.

Replaceable nozzles a plus. Using it on a Voron 2.4 350 with a Jabberwocky toolhead. Got it tuned it, and prints at 22.7 max flow with my settings.
