- Made from a high temp copper alloy (max temp is 450C)
- Plated with our Tough Plating for wear resistance and a smooth filament flow
- Tested in-house to withstand over 10 1KG rolls of Carbon Fiber filament with no change in nozzle diameter
- This does not mean that 10 rolls is the limit. Just what we were able to test with materials on hand. The plating should last a very long time.
- The Tough Plating helps prevent the filament from sticking to the nozzle to keep the nozzle clean
- Tested in-house to withstand over 10 1KG rolls of Carbon Fiber filament with no change in nozzle diameter
- Print at higher speeds due to up to 3X the heat transfer of brass nozzles and over 6X the heat transfer of steel nozzles
- These nozzles conduct heat so well that it is recommended to lower your normal printer temperature by 10C
- Print up to 2x faster with your existing hotend thanks to quicker melting of the filament and smoother flow
- 60-degree internal nozzle angle for optimal filament flow
- Multiple Sizes and Styles are Available
- For Tevo Flash and Tevo Tarantula select the “Volcano” style nozzles
- *These nozzles are NOT compatible with the Creality CR-10S Pro due to proprietary threading used on that hotend.
- Not sure what size or type to order? Contact us or use our Live Chat.
- Each quantity is for ONE nozzle.
Installation Notes
- These nozzles are copper which means they are softer than brass or steel nozzles.
- Do NOT over-tighten them when installing them
- Apply as much pressure when tightening as you can with ONE finger
- Heat the hotend to 240C when removing and installing nozzles.

Very nice nozzle, well worth the price. The hole was nice and round and there were no burs on it.

Question
Elliot Moore –
Would the V6 model be a good replacement for a Prusa nozzle?

The Prusa printers use V6 style nozzles so our V6 nozzles will fit into their hotends.

These are in the top 2 things I do with a new printer. You can spend hours dialing in your printer only to have a nozzle be the culprit. save yourself some time and get one of these right off the bat. These go on my printer day 1 and never have been replaced.

Now granted, I dove head first into printing with a “learn along the way” mentaltity and ended up with several clogged nozzles. Since installing this nozzle I haven’t had a single clog. Could it be the nozzle or a learning curve? Your guess is as good as mine. But I will definetly be buying more of these nozzles.
