Made from a high temp copper alloy (max temp is 500C) & Plated with our Tough Plating for wear resistance and a smooth filament flow. Print at higher speeds due to up to 3X the heat transfer of brass nozzles and over 6X the heat transfer of steel nozzles.
Tested in-house to stand up to the occasional use of abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber and Glow in the Dark (for regular use we still recommend steel or hardened steel nozzles).
These nozzles conduct heat so well that it is recommended to lower your normal printer temperature by 10C. 60-degree internal nozzle angle for optimal filament flow.
Installation Notes
These nozzles are copper which means they can break easier during installation than brass or steel nozzles. Do NOT over-tighten them when installing them. Apply as much pressure when tightening as you can with ONE finger. Always heat the hotend to 240C when removing and installing nozzles.

They flow really well, quite happy with them after the cheap Chinese one’s I’ve had

Have this installed on my Anycubic Vyper and can definitely say I have seen a great improvement in quality, and the plating makes it that much better and can confidently print abrasives without any worry of nozzle wear. Only thing is that filament loves to stick to the nozzle, but a quick clean between prints (during heat-up) quickly solves the issue. Maybe there’s a chance of a silicone sock that covers the nozzle as well? (Volcano)

These are great nozzles.

A must have especially if you are tired of constantly changing out the brass ones. All of my printers have these on them (Mk8 and v6 version)

Now granted, I dove head first into printing with a “learn along the way” mentaltity and ended up with several clogged nozzles. Since installing this nozzle I haven’t had a single clog. Could it be the nozzle or a learning curve? Your guess is as good as mine. But I will definetly be buying more of these nozzles.

These are in the top 2 things I do with a new printer. You can spend hours dialing in your printer only to have a nozzle be the culprit. save yourself some time and get one of these right off the bat. These go on my printer day 1 and never have been replaced.

Very nice nozzle, well worth the price. The hole was nice and round and there were no burs on it.
