Tech Specs
High Thermal Conductivity (>1.114W/M-K)
Temp range: -50C-240C – NOTE: Cold side of the heatbreak where this paste is used does not get nearly as hot as the nozzle.
Weight: 0.3G per Packet – This is for 2 packets of thermal paste
How to use
Before assembling the hotend apply thermal paste to the OUTSIDE of the heatbreak before threading/inserting it into your heatsink.
Wipe away thermal grease that oozes out before fitting the heater block to the heatbreak.

Tim Hoogland –
Yes it will work with any hotend heatbreak. It’s quite good paste.

Kyle Marsh –
I needed to disassemble my hotend after assembling it with this paste…do I need to clean it off and reapply fresh paste before re-assembling?

Tim Hoogland –
Yes, you should clean it off. Just use some IPA or Windex to clean it off the surfaces. A Q-tip is good for getting into the heatsink side to get it out of the threads/heatbreak channel.

I used it in an all-metal hotend with a titanium heatbreak. So far so good.

Question
Davis Whittaker –
Would this be appropriate for installing a temp sensor? I saw Slice recommended using boron nitride paste with one of their high-temp sensors.

Tim Hoogland –
This thermal paste is for use on the heartbreak at the cold side. It is not rated for use on a hotend thermistor.
