Description
Panel loose?: You have a newer printer hinge design or the Carbon 2. Doors shipped after 6/8/26 will include 4 of these spacers automatically in case you need them. These are designed to sit between the screw head and panel.

Carbon 2 Note: The Carbon 2 has double sided tape between the OEM door and the hinges. Make sure to remove this and clean the hinges BEFORE attaching the new door.
This is JUST for a custom cut cast acrylic replacement door panel for this printer and 4 spacers for newer hinges and Carbon 2. NOTHING ELSE IS INCLUDED. Your existing hinges, screws, and handle will be re-used for the new door panel. The factory orings are NOT used on this door.
The pictures are just to show our actual Tough Panel on the printer this product page is for. These doors are made of acrylic, NOT glass, they will be less rigid than a glass door – this is normal.
WARNINGS – READ THIS – WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF YOU DO ANY OF THESE THINGS BELOW
- Do NOT use loctite or any thread lockers near these panels – it will damage the door.
- Do NOT use alcohol and/or acetone based cleaners to clean. Use Windex, Plexus, or Water to clean.
- Do NOT overtighten the screws as this can crack the door by creating pressure points.

This was an easy add on for the CC. I actually used the 270 degree hinges that I found on printables. Took about 20 minutes to install. It was particularly nice that I could easily make a mount for my Blink cam and weld my acrylic adapter to the new door.
