Description

What is this for?

This is for powering our EZNeo strips from your printer power supply. This is a universal power module that converts your printer’s 12-24V power supply voltage to the 5V that the EZNeo strips need. The max power output of this module is 1A. The power is pre-set so NO adjustment is needed, just wire it up and update your firmware to tell it that you have the EZNeo installed. You will need to solder 2 wires to install this on your printer (see the documentation below for details).

Male to female jumper wires are included (10x). Color and length will vary depending on stock.

This is ONLY for our EZNeo strips, do NOT power a Raspberry Pi from this as it does not have enough output to power a Pi.

Wiring Info

The guide on how to assemble the wiring with this adapter are located here: EZNeo – 5V Universal Power Kit Documentation – TH3D Studio LLC

See our Help Center section for the EZNeo strips here for board-specific wiring information: EZNeo Lighting Kits – TH3D Studio LLC

Plug ends – Input is a Male JST RCY and output is a Female JST SH 1.0mm. Jumper wires to connect to the INPUT side are included and the signal wire. The jumpers allow for installation without cutting the EZNeo cable. The output side will need to be clipped and soldered to the included jumpers.

  2. I forgot that it wasn’t needed when I ordered an EZboard V2 with an EZNeo. It is a nice compact module and the Dupont jumpers worked great for other things.
