TH3D Bambu X1/P1 Upgraded Hotend – Stronger, Replaceable Nozzles, Bi-Metal Heatbreak – Better than “V3” Hotends

ASSEMBLY NOTE – DO NOT overtighten the titanium screws. Breakage of the M1.6x6mm titanium screws is NOT covered under warranty and will damage the hotend.

Assembly Directions

1. Assemble the hotend per the video below.
   1. If your hotend is partially assembled, disassemble it as shown in the video before beginning.
2. Once assembled, you can install the hotend like the stock Bambu lab one.
3. To change the nozzle heat the hotend up to 240C for 5 minutes, then unscrew the old nozzle, install the new one and gently tighten the new nozzle.
   1. When unscrewing the nozzle quickly turn the wrench or socket – while a wrench is included we do recommend using a socket (4.0mm Size) if you are new to changing nozzles.
