Creality 24V Full Hotend Replacement Kit

Original OEM Hotend Replacement Kit for most 24V Creality Printers and select other brands. Ships assembled but we highly recommend hot-tightening the nozzle after it is installed. Includes full hotend with 0.4mm nozzle, PTFE tube (0.5M), PTFE fitting, 40W 24V Heater, Thermistor, and Silicone Sock Thermistor and heater cartridge wires do NOT include connectors.

This hotend ships with the thermistor and heater cartridge not installed in the hotend. You will need to solder or crimp your own connectors to these wires. DO NOT overtighten the thermistor screw or you will damage the thermistor. Thermistor damage due to the screw being overtightened is NOT covered under warranty.

12V Creality Printers

This can also be used with 12V Creality printers like the CR-10 series if you replace the heater with a 12V heater (not included). We carry 12V 40W heaters here: 40W Hotend Heater Cartridge – 3 Pack – 12V/24V

Assembling Hotends

When installing a new hotend you must make sure is installed correctly. Please see our Hotend Assembly Guide for detailed steps and information that is important when installing a new hotend.

DO NOT overtighten screws for the thermistors or heaters or you will damage those components. Damage due to improper assembly is not covered under warranty.
