- 1MM Thick Magnet Sheet + 0.2mm 3M Adhesive
- All magnets will be 1-2mm oversized to allow for easy application.
- You can leave it as-is after applying or trim with a sharp knife or deburring tool (as seen in the video).
- NOT meant for printing directly on, only for use with the EZFlex² Flex plate on top of it.
- Looking for the plate and magnetic base? Get the EZFlex² Flexible Print System here!
- These magnetic sheets are meant for use with the plates we sell.
- Do NOT put other surfaces on top of the magnetic base as some have reported that certain mirrors and/or glass can stick to the magnetic sheet which can damage it.
- For best results, apply directly to a bare, clean aluminum bed surface. Attaching the magnetic base to other surfaces, such as polycarbonate or textured surfaces, is not advised nor covered under warranty.
- Bed Sizing Notes
- Be sure to check your bed size. TH3D is not responsible for the wrong size ordered and/or errors in the listings. We try do our best to keep descriptions up to date but some manufacturers make changes to machines after release.
- Cleaning – Keep the top and bottom of the plate clean as well as the magnet if you get anything on it. IPA is what is recommended to clean the plate and magnetic base. Make sure that no liquids or adhesives are on top of the magnet or bottom of the plate. If liquids are between the magnet and the plate it can damage and degrade the magnet so keep them dry and clean.

Warranty Information
3 Months Warranty - Our warranty covers any and all defects with the product. If your product fails or has problems within the warranty period you can contact our support team by using the Contact Us link. Technical support is limited to the scope of the product itself and not your entire machine.
Damage/Failure due to improper installation, improper usage, failure resulting from an issue with the machine the product is installed on, 3rd party products connected to our product, and/or modification of the product are not covered under warranty.
All plates and magnets are inspected to ensure full functionality to make sure they meet our standards for them. Smooth PEI plates may have a non-uniform appearance under the PEI as that is the adhesive visible through the PEI sheet, this is normal. Textured PEI plates may have a non-uniform appearance as they are sprayed and the PEI is baked onto the plate, this is normal. Only if a plate has a defect that affects it’s functionality will be considered defective.
Return/Refund Information for Flex Plates and Magnets
Once a magnet is installed on a printer it is NON-REFUNDABLE as there is no way to remove it from the bed without damaging it.
Flex plates can only be returned if they are in like-new condition and have no signs of use on their surface.

This and the EZFlex plate have made removing prints so much easier. I love it!!

What size should I get for the Ender 5 plus? since there is no 350 x 350 mm size

Tim Hoogland –
The 370×376 since that is the physical bed of that machine.

Death to clippy! This plus a steel flex plate like the EZFlex plate makes the days of clips getting in the way of nozzles or ABL probing go away.
No negatives to mention. Just peeled and stuck to my Ender3 base plate. EZFlex plate then snaps right down on it. Pulls right up with reasonable lift applied.

It does what it says for less than the others. How could you go wrong.

This is the mounting system I have been looking for. 4 stars because the 220×200 measured 222×222; my 3D printer has a dished out plate, necessitating trimming of the magnetic pad before I could install it. Otherwise a beautiful product.

I’ve printed with PETG and Nylon at 80C on the bed and the sheet seems to have the same magnetic strength. The adhesive is extremely sticky, seems like it won’t be peeling off any time soon.

Question
mike.swindon (verified owner) –
What is the best solution to get the old glue off the bed.

Tim Hoogland –
Acetone or WD40 is great for removing the adhesive for most build sheets/magnetic sheets. Just make sure to clean it thoroughly with IPA before applying any new surface (especially if WD40 was used to remove the old surface).

Can you suggest a method to remove a glass bed, held in place with adhesive from the aluminum?
(0) (0)
Tim Hoogland –
If the printer came with the glass pre-applied just put the magnet on the glass after cleaning the glass. If you stuck it on you would still likely be OK putting the magnet on the glass. But removal can be hard if glass is really stuck on there and could be dangerous. Heating the bed up to 80C would probably help loosen the adhesive but just be careful of the hot bed and the glass if it cracks. 🙂

My bed is 330×330 could I get the bigger one and cut it down?

Tim Hoogland –
You can cut the magnetic base but the steel plates are not easy to cut. We have a 310×320 plate which would be the closest size to that bed.

Holds the EZFlex plates down great while printing. Also, It was easy to trim the excess off with a razor blade. It is a great replacement for the one that came on my CR-20 Pro.

Question
Charles Lambert (verified owner) –
Can you put wholes in the material for the ender 3 bed screws?
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland (verified owner) –
Sure. It will not affect the system if there are holes for the screws. The material is soft enough to cut with a razor.

Utilized this on 3 ender 5’s, works great when combined with the flex PEI built plate!

I can’t believe how nice this makes removing prints.. I recommend this product to anyone who has to use scrapers and other things to get prints off the bed. And no issues with adhesion during the print. Thanks TH3D.

As the title states, I’ve printed over 50 PETG prints at 82 degrees and the magnet shows now sign of fatigue.

Question
Eric Dreher –
I can just use an EZMat on this while I wait for the ezFlex to be in stock? (235×235)
(0) (0) Watch Unwatch
Tim Hoogland (verified owner) –
It will not work, because the EZMat is just a surface that needs to be stuck to another surface that is rigid like a bed or a flex plate.

Question
Vincent Ng –
How much more magnetic/sticky are the TH3d magnetic bases compared to the stock one from Creality on the Ender 3 Pro? I currently am using a textured EzFlex2 plate, but added a smooth PEI sheet to the back. When the textured side is down, it sticks to the stock magnet with no issues at all, but with the PEI sheet down, the magnetic force is quite a bit reduced. I’m printing with a heated bed at at 60-70C most of the time. Thanks in advance!

Tim Hoogland (verified owner) –
Our magnets are quite a bit stronger than the stock ones and they also stay strong under high temps. THe Creality ones will get noticeably weaker at or above 60C. We strongly recommend using our magnetic base with our plates for the best performance.

My 410x410mm magnetic mat is over 1.5 years old at this point and its hold is still sufficient. I frequently use it at 140c and the only damage visible is a bit of corrosion along the edges. Unfortunately, I have outgrown the 140c max temp and I need to remove it, so I figured I’d see how far it would go. Welp it went to 195c for a short period of time and was fine, another run to 200c for an extended period of time and the 3m adhesive failed, no damage to the magnet. This is incredibly impressive and if I need a magnetic mat for another printer I will be buying one from here.

Tied with a flexplate this makes removing prints faster, easier and most importantly CLEANER.
