Things that are Important to Us
Our Dedicated, US Based Team
TH3D Studio is based out of Hobart, IN. All of our team members are in the US, we do not outsource any of our positions to people outside the US. When you call or email us you will get someone in the US who knows their stuff.
Honest Reviews
Unlike other people in the 3D printing space who rely on making sales through affiliate programs, we do not. We will always be honest when reviewing a 3D printer even if there are issues.
Many channels (especially ones that work with Bambu Labs) are bound by agreements where they cannot be honest with you on negative aspects of products. If they do, they get cut off from review units. We do not typically receive free printers anymore because companies want us to omit or lie about problems with products.
Focus on Quality and Service
Our focus is to get our customers the best products at fair prices. We’re all makers here, and we know how frustrating getting cheap parts from China is and not getting what you wanted the first time.
Everything we carry are parts and products that we use on our in-house machines to make our lives easier. There is enough to worry about in this hobby/industry so let us help simplify your 3D printing life by ensuring you get quality parts and excellent support.
When we design products, we take the time to run them through stress testing and analysis to make sure they work and last. Unlike many vendors in the 3D printing market, we do not use our customers to test our products, we sell products that work and are free of major design flaws.

I was previously using 2 4010 fans in a hero me duct. Because I am adding the EZabl I decided to go with a single 5015 fan to clear up room on the left side of the nozzle. I can tell you this 5015 fan moves more air than dual 4010's. I am totally impressed with this fan. On my Ender 5 it will not run with anything less than 100% speed. I am installing an EZboard in the next couple of days so I will take care of that problem at that time. Buy this fan. You will be glad you did.
Had some minor Z problems, loud sounds when hitting certain positions, after installing these, all those issues went away.
Bootloader worked. The tutorial videos were helpful and made it so much easier to upgrade the firmware.

Great product at an affordable price. Replaced my stock coupler and my z-axis seems to move smoother now. I recently added their dual Z kit to my printer and the coupler works great has no issues with that product. Great fit on my CR-20 Pro.
Tubing is nice, I replaced some capricorn tubing on my CR-20 Pro. Seems just as good if not better at a lower price.
This is sharp and cuts the tubing straight. Works great.

I replaced one of the common "red tail" heaters on my Ender 3 after it quit working with one of these. The old one would get to temp by jumping a degree or two every second or so. So to get to 200C from 30C would take about 2+ minutes. For bed leveling, I had to set the recovery at 20 seconds to make sure I was back at temp. This monster heats at 3-4 degrees a second and I am at temp in less than a minute. Recovery during EZABL bed test is easily in 8 seconds. Sure, a couple minutes isn't a lot of time for 3D printing, but when you are waiting to watch the first layer go down on the bed, it is great to be printing ASAP.

I got an Ender 3 Pro for Christmas, but once I realized that the thermal runaway protection wasn't enabled on my firmware, I knew I had to get an update ASAP. The Uno kit arrived quickly, and with only one minor hitch (OSX Sierra needed an extra driver to properly recognize the board) I was able to get the bootloader and new firmware installed on my printer. The video instructions are great. The kit is a great and affordable resource if you don't happen to have cables and Arduino on hand.

This one has a little play because of the plastic piece. It has taken the stress off my motor as the Z axis moves. The motor runs cooler and quieter. Also my Lead screw doesn't seem to wobble as much during rotation.
A big Plus on this part. Even if you don't have the issue i had. This will come apart during a bind. Especially if it bottoms out on the bed or a print.
Big thumbs UP to TH3D for the ingenious thought.

Very nice little upgrade at an affordable price. When you're printing all the time, it's easy to make a stupid mistake (like home your printer with a print still on the bed...) and this little guy will save your hotend, and your self-printed mounts/fans, from damaging themselves but dislodging the entire z rod. And takes just a minute to install.

Just installed this last night; the videos were great and very helpful on YouTube. Was a bit hard to get it back into the enclosure, but once I did I was shocked at how quiet it was compared to my old PSU. Much smaller footprint, better quality, less likely to burn my house down, what more could you ask for? Just connect like to like, and you'll be good to go.
