Works with other Creality drop in boards like the V4.2.2, V4.2.7, and SKR E3 Mini Series. NOTE: If the board you are using this with has other connectors in use that this board will cover you should also get the 10 pin extension cable we carry.
If you are using a V4.2.7 or some SKR boards with a BLTouch with dupont plugs instead of the JST-XH plugs you may want to also order the 10-pin extension cable to give you more clearance between the board and the LCD adapter: 10 Pin Extension Cable – 3 Inches – TH3D Studio LLC
Used to connect a Creality Dual Cable LCD that only has EXP1 and EXP2 headers or our 12864 LCD to the EZBoard
NOTE: When used with the 12864 LCD only the LCD is used, not the SD slot as the control board has its own onboard SD slot.

It’s plug & play, no brainer connectivity for early model of Creality Cr10s.

this is necessary to use the screen upgrade that th3d sells on some boards that are compatible with creality printers. most boards have things in front of the screen port so having a daughter board needing to fit directly over and inside these other ports is a negative. this being able to connect to the back of the screen upgrade and only connecting to the one cable coming out of the different boards would have made this much easier to install. as it stands there is nothing wrong with how it works just that the design is sub optimal.

Hi there Edmund. I don’t think this is a fair rating because the pictures clearly show how the board is installed on the machine and if you read the product page, we specifically state that on some boards you should use the 10 pin extension cable to get access to ports this board may cover on certain installations. You can see that here: https://www.th3dstudio.com/product/10-pin-extension-cable-3-inches/
